The Urban Planning Project III course, supervised by Professor Daniella Bonatto, aimed to redevelop the existing area between Santa Inês and Soteco. To this end, research was carried out into case studies and general urban legislation, a group masterplan, and a final individual detailing phase that included calculations of population density, green area, stipulation of urban indices and types of use according to local needs.

The Dismember to Permeate project aims to promote a more lively and connected city. The project focuses on the pedestrian, creates microclimates with abundant vegetation and spaces that promote social contact and the extension of open spaces as part of the user's experience (resident, worker, student or visitor).

One of the guiding principles of the project was the educational triangle. A group of institutions with various levels of study. It includes the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo, a primary school, a crèche to support residents and people who work in the area, and the Park Headquarters, which in addition to including the park's administrative and management sector, was designed as a place with an auditorium and library, which will promote social and environmental education campaigns, health talks for the population and citizen awareness.

In the area that connects the triangle, the new park will be a place to support the educational triangle, being in itself a potential space for students and teachers. It will also be a socialising area for the population, with benches, rubbish bins, lampposts, toys, a popular gym and an urban vegetable garden.

The connections between Santa Ines and Soteco will be reaffirmed with two streets linking the two neighbourhoods from east to west, one of which will be pedestrianised. The large walls of the cemetery and gated communities will receive artistic interventions and vegetation.
